On Sunday, Sept. 14, the Waterford Library will host Erik Schlimmer from the Friends of the Trans Adirondack Route. Erik is a founding member of the group and an author of several books about hiking the Adirondacks. He will be discussing the unique 235 mile route that his group maintains for hikers through the Adirondacks. The program will begin at 2 p.m. and admission is free.
